Erik Vermeulen

Erik P.M. Vermeulen is Professor of Law and Management at Tilburg University Faculty of Law and Legal Counsel at Philips International BV. He teaches corporate law, corporate governance and international business transactions and has written widely on topics in corporate law, corporate governance, securities regulations and venture capital. He is author of "The Evolution of Legal Business Forms in Europe and the United States" (Kluwer, 2003).
